Pure Body Care for your Energetic System

In a world full of environmental toxins, negative emotional states and unhealthy relationships, it is important to check-in and see what is and isn't working for you. Pure Body Care is a multifaceted idea that encompasses far more than the physical body. We are complex beings who are continually processing and interacting at levels which are not visible to the eye or conscious mind.

It is in this new chapter of ōTH where we tap into the unseen and tune into our intuition. Reconnecting with things long forgotten, with an aim to shift stuck energy and bring back harmony.

Reiki - universal life energy

This is a form of hands on healing which promotes physical, emotional and spiritual balance. It can be offered in home, on the beach or remotely.

It is extremely beneficial if you are feeling:

overwhelmed
overworked
stressed out
ungrounded
scattered
highly emotional

It is holistic in nature and works well alone, or as a complement to any other therapy. I often offer it in combination with Flower Essences in order for the participant to continue to re-balance their current state.

Flower Essences

Flower essences are a form of vibrational healing. They are a bit of nature's alchemy between sun, flower and water.

The flowers are the highest expression of the healing virtues of the plant. These essences help us at the core of our being. They ever so gently help us to shift out of negative emotional patterns, remove blockages preventing us from moving forward, assist with shock, trauma, fears and more.

A consultation would involve a 45min-1hr session whereby you tell me what is going on for you at this time. Together we work to fine tune and ultimetly you select the essences that are going to assist you where you are at, right now.

You would take these essences internally, or topically if you wish. They act on the emotional/spiritual body and work in a similar manner to homeopathic remedies. Some people feel an immediate sensation in their being after taking their first drops, and others may not notice any immediate effects. Either are perfect, and each person will respond according to where they are at in their journey. The effects are subtle, but truly noticeable after some time. Some examples; you may notice you are more patient when previously that 'thing' would have set you off; you suddenly have the mental clarity to start that new project you've been thinking of for ages; you have the courage to ask your boss or partner for something that you felt unable to before.

All remedies are made in a base of cane alcohol and filtered water prepared with intention and come in a 30ml amber glass dropper bottle. For children I often do a mix of cane alcohol, glycerine and filtered water. Apple cider vinegar and filtered water is also possible, please note this will need to be kept in the fridge for preservation.
